History of DRAGON EYE has its origins in a security & service in Bengaluru & Hosur in August 2023 by Mr. Siv Sankar Satya Samal having 10+ years’ experience in industrial security management service’s. and Mr. Chinna Meesala having 8 years’ experience in industrial safety & security service with certified Industrial Safety professional which is approved by inspector of factories as per Factories act 1948 Sec 40 B and we have good experience to providing best to our diversified client portfolio of Small, Medium and Large Scale Businesses, NGOs. DRAGON EYE is the pioneer in establishing Standards of security and related services across segments with our commitment to “Secured Service Delivery” .

Higher Secondary /Diploma /Graduation, or 3 years and above experience of Security Guard provided with excellent track record in the past certified by the client and seriously viewed by us will be elevated or promoted to Supervisor level.
We have a multi-layered operations structure that offers the best supervisor to guard in order to provide quality services; we give a lot of importance to in-depth and active on-the-ground supervision. We understand the need of a well worked out supervision process to assure that our quality standards are being met and delivered. In this regard, a strong Operations team comprising of Managers, Security Officers /guards and Patrolling Supervisors, who are equipped with Mobile Phones, carry out checks on all our assignments and guards on a 24x7 basis. Surprise night checks are conducted by middle and senior management.

Our Employees & workmen are well paid, on time, with additional bonuses for them to be self-motivated. All security staff is paid as per the minimum wages declared by the state government labour department, other benefits such as PF, ESI and bonus are offered to all our direct staff. Wages get paid between 7th & 10th of every Month.
